- We will allow a change of mind return for refund, provided that the item in question is returned within 30 days of placement of order, in original purchased condition with tags attached, unworn (tried on with underwear is ok), not damaged in any way. For any International orders, the shipping cost incurred for returning item/s for refund is not covered or reimbursed by Supacore(*see pt.9)
- Garments purchased from a wholesale account or any authorised website other than Supacore (Retailers, Chiro or physio practices etc.) are not eligible for change of mind return to Supacore. These must be returned to the place of purchase. For any exchange in size or product please e mail their website directly. Garments purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites, are not eligible for change of mind return to Supacore.
- Please ensure you care for your Supacore garment as per manufacturer’s instructions. Failure to do so may void the 100% Money Back Guarantee.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you need to exchange size, please contact us here at Supacore. We will dispatch your exchange item FREE OF CHARGE * without incurring
additional postage costs (*see pt.9 For any International orders, the shipping cost incurred for returning item/s is not covered or reimbursed by Supacore.).Supacore will exchange your item within 30 days of placement of order provided your garment is in original purchased condition with tags attached, unworn (tried on with underwear is ok), not damaged in any way.e mail us at email@example.com and state your order number.
- Please clarify your order number, which items you are sending back, and why you wish to return/exchange them.
- For orders placed during promotions that included a gift with purchase, the gift with purchase must be returned back along with the rest of the order if you no longer qualify for the gift. Refunds will not be processed until all required items are received back.
- We offer a free return service for exchange and returns within Australia and NZ.

We advise you to send the garments back via registered satchel or courier. We are not responsible for the returned product until it is receipted in our warehouse.
- Please allow 14 working days for your refund to be processed from the point of receipt of goods.
- All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- For security reasons, we do not save your payment information in our database.

15. If you need to exchange sizes please e mail us at email@example.com with your order number and the size you need . We will send a return label and your exchange. Please note we cannot exchange if the item has been worn or is not in original packaging.
