Delivery Information
We know that shipping costs and hassle-free delivery are one of the most important aspects of online shopping. This will help you understand our shipping rates and times:
- ALL Australian Domestic Shipping is Standard at $10.00 for purchases under $149.00 - 3-7 business days.Orders of A$149.00 and over will be shipped free via standard shipping.
- Global FREE shipping for orders over A$199.00 - Delivery 7 -14 business days.
- Express shipping in Australia $15.00 2-4 business days.
- ALL International Orders go via Air Freight. This includes the FREE shipping option for orders AUD $199.00. and over. Delivery times vary according to your location, but see the table below for approximate times.
- Need it sooner? If you're outside of Australia and you choose the Express Air Freight option, you'll receive it in 2-10 days after shipping as indicated by the table below.
You'll always receive a tracking number after your items have been shipped. If you don't receive a tracking number within 2 business days of making your order, please first double check your spam/junk folder and if it's not hiding in there, contact us.
Australia Standard
Supacore offers a standard delivery service within Australia. Delivery scans are available to track your parcel online. The service is able to deliver parcels to post office boxes. Please visit this Australia Post webpage to determine if your address qualifies.
International Orders
International orders are shipped via DHL and Auspost. Please note all international orders may require a signature upon receipt of goods. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only. Issues such as payment authorisation and destination customs clearance may cause delays. Please note that we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes. Couriers usually operate between 0900-1800 (9am-6pm) on business days.
