Sizing and fit

Supacore compression is sized by height and weight, not your usual clothing size, because the compression is medical grade. Use the size chart on this page or our men's size chart. If you are between sizes, choose the smaller size. It should feel firm and snug without digging in.

Care

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, inside out, and line dry in the shade. Don't bleach, tumble dry, iron, dry clean or use fabric softener, so the compression keeps working for longer.
