- We will allow a change of mind return for refund, provided that the item in question is returned within 30 days of placement of order, in original purchased condition with tags attached, unworn (tried on with underwear is ok), not damaged in any way. For any International orders, the shipping cost incurred for returning is covered by us. No charge to you.
- Garments purchased from a wholesale account or any authorised website other than Supacore (Retailers, Chiro or physio practices etc.) are not eligible for change of mind return to Supacore. These must be returned to the place of purchase. For any exchange in size or product please e mail their website directly. Garments purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites, are not eligible for change of mind return to Supacore.
- Please ensure you care for your Supacore garment as per manufacturer’s instructions. Failure to do so may void the 100% Money Back Guarantee.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you need to exchange size, please contact us here at Supacore. Please fill out the returns/exchange form below. We will dispatch your exchange item FREE (WE PAY) OF CHARGE * without incurring
additional postage costs (*see pt.9 For any International orders, the shipping cost incurred for returning item/s is covered by Supacore.). Supacore will exchange your item within 30 days of placement of order provided your garment is in original purchased condition with tags attached, unworn (tried on with underwear is ok), not damaged in any way and state your order number.
For all refunds or exchange requests please email info@supacore.comPlease state the following information:- Order number
- Customer name
- Reason for return/exchange
- Style to return/exchange
- Size/style you wish to exchange it for
- Any relevant photos if needed
- Please clarify your order number, which items you are sending back, and why you wish to return/exchange them.
- For orders placed during promotions that included a gift with purchase, the gift with purchase must be returned back along with the rest of the order if you no longer qualify for the gift. Refunds will not be processed until all required items are received back.
- We offer a free return service for exchange and returns within Australia and NZ.

We advise you to send the garments back via registered satchel or courier. We are not responsible for the returned product until it is receipted in our warehouse.
- Please allow 14 working days for your refund to be processed from the point of receipt of goods.
- All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- For security reasons, we do not save your payment information in our database.

If you need to exchange sizes please send an e mail to info@supacore.com with your order number and the size you need. We will send a return label and your exchange.
Please note we cannot exchange if the item has been worn or is not in original packaging.

Delivery Information
How we send?
We utilise the Australia Post network and DHL. When we refer to "express" shipping, we refer to the Australia Post Express Network. Within most major cities, this means next-day delivery after it ships from us. If you're a bit further out, it may take 2-3 days to reach you.
For standard shipping we use Australia Post which should take 3 -7 days to get to you.
For all international orders, we utilise DHL Registered Air Freight, or Express Air Freight depending on your shipping selection. We've listed approximate shipping times below but please check the DHL website for exact times.
Where we send from?
All orders are processed at our distribution centre in Melbourne, Australia, subject to payment clearance and stock availability. We operate Monday to Friday with the exception of Australian Public Holidays. Shipping costs will be added to your order and displayed at checkout.

Australia Standard
Supacore offers a standard delivery service within Australia. Delivery scans are available to track your parcel online. The service is able to deliver parcels to post office boxes. Please visit this Australia Post webpage to determine if your address qualifies.
International Orders
International orders are shipped via DHL and Auspost. Please note all international orders may require a signature upon receipt of goods. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only. Issues such as payment authorisation and destination customs clearance may cause delays. Please note that we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes. Couriers usually operate between 0900-1800 (9am-6pm) on business days.
We suggest you specify a delivery address that will be attended to throughout business hours.
