Our women's compression leggings are seamless, circular-knit and medical grade. Every CORETECH® legging has a patented waistband with a sacroiliac belt knitted in, so you get pelvic and core support as well as graduated compression from ankle to waist.
Choose by need. For POTS, the POTS Medical Grade Leggings and Meryl extra high waisted leggings give 25+ mmHg leg and abdominal compression. For lipoedema, see the Lipedema Medical-Grade Leggings and our lipoedema (lipedema) leggings. After birth, the Olivia leggings and Amelia leggings support C-section and abdominal separation recovery. During pregnancy, the Jenny leggings give 15-20 mmHg support. For training, try the Kathy 7/8 running leggings or Vixen 7/8.
Styles come in full length and 7/8, with or without a pocket, and in XTRA versions with a reinforced waistband that resists rolling. CORETECH® garments are registered with the TGA (ARTG 372670 / 372671). Sizing is by height and weight; if you are between sizes, choose the smaller size. See the women's size guide. Free standard shipping in Australia and free international shipping on orders of A$199 and over, with 30-day free returns and free size exchanges.

Women's Compression Leggings: frequently asked questions
What does medical grade compression mean?
Medical-grade compression delivers a set, graduated pressure measured in mmHg. Most Supacore CORETECH® leggings deliver 25+ mmHg (high/firm), while the Jenny pregnancy leggings are 15-20 mmHg. Each product page states its level.
Full length or 7/8?
Full length gives compression to the ankle. 7/8 finishes above the ankle and suits shorter legs or warmer weather. Both have the same CORETECH® waistband.
How do I choose my size?
Supacore compression is sized by height and weight, not dress or pants size, because the compression is medical grade. Use the size guide on each product page. If you are between sizes, choose the smaller size.
Is CORETECH® registered with the TGA?
Yes. Supacore CORETECH® compression garments are registered with the TGA as Class I medical devices (ARTG 372670 and 372671). Many Australian private health funds offer rebates under Extras cover.
