About Frauentraining
For gym, running, yoga and team training, Supacore's women's training range gives body-mapped compression in a seamless knit that stays put. Many styles include the patented CORETECH® waistband for pelvic and core support.
Try the Kathy 7/8 running leggings, Vixen 7/8, Venus shorts and the Sophie Supa X® Align bra. See women's compression leggings and women's compression shorts.
Sizing is by height and weight; if you are between sizes, choose the smaller size. Free shipping from A$199, ships worldwide, with 30-day free returns and free size exchanges.
How to choose: medium-compression (15-20 mmHg) tights and shorts are ideal for everyday running and gym work. If you have groin, hip or hamstring niggles, step up to a CORETECH® style with the SI-belt waistband. Pocket styles carry a phone, keys or gels on longer runs.
Why Supacore? We are an Australian company. CORETECH® was co-created by physiotherapist Dr Carolyn Taylor (PhD) and refined over more than 10 years of research and development, including trials with sports physiotherapists and elite clubs. Our garments are seamless and circular-knit, with no bulky panels or straps, and are breathable and moisture-wicking for all-day wear. Need help choosing?
