You can return individual items or the entire pack, as long as:
• The gear is in original condition and only tried on with underwear .
• It's within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Exchanges depend on stock availability- please let us know what size you need . if we cannot fulfill we will issue a store credit .

Please read our T&C's carefully - the only surprises should be in the Supapack :) Supapacks are filled with surprises ! If you don’t like surprises then buy our gear at regular prices. You can select both your top & bottom sizes but keep in mind some sizes will not be available .

Returns & Exchanges
Our SUPApacks are not eligible for refunds. But we want to keep you happy - head to our regular returns process (click here) and you can do an exchange for individual items, keeping in mind this will come down to availability. If the item you want is no longer in stock you can also opt for a store credit or keep the initial product.

Store Credits
The store credit amount will be calculated in proportion to the value of each item in the Supapack

Faulty or Missing Items
If you think an item in your Supapack is faulty let us know! We will replace it immediately .
