How to choose: medium-compression (15-20 mmHg) tights and shorts are ideal for everyday running and gym work. If you have groin, hip or hamstring niggles, step up to a CORETECH® style with the SI-belt waistband. Pocket styles carry a phone, keys or gels on longer runs.

What size should I choose?
Supacore compression is sized by height and weight rather than your usual clothing size. Use the women's size guide at supacore.com/pages/womens-coretech-sizing-guide. If you are between sizes, choose the smaller size.
Do you offer free shipping and returns?
Yes. Shipping is free within Australia and internationally on orders of A$199 and over. You can return unworn items with tags within 30 days for a refund, with free return shipping, or exchange your size for free.
