Supacore Coretech Compression est un dispositif médical qui utilise l'ingénierie de cartographie corporelle avec compression graduée pour reproduire le système de stabilité profonde du corps et fournir un placement optimal des forces de compression externes dans tout le bassin et le tronc. Ce peut aider en cas de lymphœdème de plusieurs manières :

Do compression leggings help lipoedema?
Compression doesn't remove lipoedema fat, but worn consistently it can significantly improve comfort, mobility and day-to-day function. Supacore's leggings use 25+ mmHg graduated compression to help reduce leg heaviness and fatigue, give structured support to tender tissue and support venous return.
Is lipedema the same as lipoedema?
Yes. They're two spellings of the same condition: lipoedema is the Australian and British spelling, and lipedema is the American spelling. Supacore's leggings are designed for women with lipoedema stages 1-3.
What compression level are Supacore lipoedema leggings?
Supacore's lipoedema leggings provide 25+ mmHg of graduated, medical-grade compression. They are intentionally firm, so roll them on like stockings and don't pull them up by the waistband.
How are Supacore leggings different from standard lipoedema compression?
Standard compression often focuses on the lower leg. Supacore's body-mapped compression zones extend to the abdomen, hips and thighs, and the patented CORETECH® waistband adds pelvic and lower-back stability. They're also circular-knitted with no restrictive seams for comfort on sensitive tissue.
Can I claim lipoedema leggings on my health fund or the NDIS?
Supacore lists lipoedema among the conditions its CORETECH® garments support for health fund claims, and members of funds such as Medibank, Bupa, HCF, nib and HBF may claim under Extras cover that includes medical compression garments. NDIS eligibility is assessed case by case; email NDIS@supacore.com for an invoice.
What if they don't fit?
Sizing is by height and weight using the Women's CORETECH® Size Guide. If the size is wrong, Supacore exchanges it free within 30 days, and change-of-mind refunds are available within 30 days for unworn garments with tags attached.
