"In a class of its own After a serious hip injury 5 years ago, I've had to adjust to a degree of OA in my right hip. After returning to powerlifting training, post rehab, it's taken me a long time to come to terms with the ups and downs on ongoing pain management and the impact it has on my training - especially during colder months. I've worn compression gear before, mostly for warmth. But frankly, compression gear was never going to make a difference in helping to offset the referred "discomfort" in my right leg or lower back due to the OA. Enter Supercore and products that are simply not in the same class as other compression gear - I've got both the training tights and now, the Coretech shorts. The training tights were a revelation in winter. They not only really kept the hip area and lower back warm but also really supported the whole hip and lower back area. "High Hamstring Strain - disappointment Whilst the support in the area of the strain is good, the waist is too high for a shorter person so the top continually rolls down and becomes uncomfortable. The leg hem is also tight. Consequently, this product cannot be work for long periods. Unfortunately these issues are not discovered until the shorts are worn, making returning the item impossible. (Also, no paperwork was included, so would have been unable to return anyway.) Disappointed, as the concept as described sounded excellent and just what was needed to aid in recovery."
