Items must be unworn (trying on with underwear is OK), with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return has been received and inspected.

Delivery Information
How we send?
We utilise the Australia Post network and DHL. When we refer to "express" shipping, we refer to the Australia Post Express Network. Within most major cities, this means next-day delivery after it ships from us. If you're a bit further out, it may take 2-3 days to reach you.ย
For standard shipping we use Australia Post which should take 3 -7 days to get to you.ย
For all international orders, we utilise DHL Registered Air Freight, or Express Air Freight depending on your shipping selection. We've listed approximate shipping times below but please check the DHL website for exact times.
Where we send from?
All orders are processed at our distribution centre in Melbourne, Australia, subject to payment clearance and stock availability. We operate Monday to Friday with the exception of Australian Public Holidays. Shipping costs will be added to your order and displayed at checkout.ย

Australia Standard
Supacore offers a standard delivery service within Australia. Delivery scans are available to track your parcel online. The service is able to deliver parcels to post office boxes.ย Please visit this Australia Post webpage to determine if your address qualifies.ย
International Orders
International orders are shipped via DHL and Auspost. ย Please note all international orders may require a signature upon receipt of goods. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only. Issues such as payment authorisation and destination customs clearance may cause delays. ย Please note that we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes. ย Couriers usually operate between 0900-1800 (9am-6pm) on business days.ย
