Supacore's CORETECH® range uses patented body-mapping technology to support the body's natural stability system, providing targeted compression around the core and pelvis.
The patented CORETECH® waistband is designed to help support the pelvis and core during movement. By providing targeted support around the pelvic region, it may help improve stability throughout recovery.

How do compression shorts help injury recovery?
CORETECH® shorts stabilise the pelvis with a knitted-in SI belt and give body-mapped compression over the hip, groin and hamstring muscles, supporting you while you train and recover.
Can I train in them?
Yes. They are designed to be worn during training and competition, and afterwards for recovery.
How do I choose my size?
Supacore compression is sized by height and weight, not dress or pants size, because the compression is medical grade. Use the size guide on each product page. If you are between sizes, choose the smaller size.
