About Women's Posture Support Bra
Engineered for support where it matters most. Supacore's medical-grade compression bras are designed to provide targeted relief and stability for women during pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and everyday performance. Featuring advanced compression technology, our bras deliver the comfort and confidence women need, whether recovering, training, or simply going about their day.
The Sophie Supa X® Align bra combines a supportive, seamless sports bra with Supa X® postural compression across the upper back, for training, desk days and everyday wear.
Pair it with the Kathy 7/8 running leggings or see Supa X® compression tops.
Sizing is by height and weight; if you are between sizes, choose the smaller size. Free shipping from A$199, ships worldwide, with 30-day free returns and free size exchanges.
How to choose: long sleeves suit cool mornings and layering under workwear; short sleeve and sleeveless styles suit warm days and the gym. Choose a snug fit so the Supa X® panel sits flat between your shoulder blades, and wear it for as long as you want the postural reminder.
Why Supacore? We are an Australian company. CORETECH® was co-created by physiotherapist Dr Carolyn Taylor (PhD) and refined over more than 10 years of research and development, including trials with sports physiotherapists and elite clubs. Our garments are seamless and circular-knit, with no bulky panels or straps, and are breathable and moisture-wicking for all-day wear. Need help choosing?
