About Women's Sciatica Support
Supacore Coretech Compression is a medical device that uses body mapping engineering to replicate the body's own deep stability system and provide optimal placement of external compressive forces throughout the pelvis and core. This can assist with sciatica in a number of ways:

Sciatica and buttock pain are often linked to the pelvis and sacroiliac joints, especially during pregnancy. Supacore CORETECH® shorts and leggings support the pelvis with a sacroiliac belt knitted into the waistband, plus body-mapped compression through the hips and glutes.

How to choose: full length gives compression to the ankle; 7/8 finishes above the ankle and suits shorter legs and warmer days. Pocket versions hold a phone or keys, and XTRA/Xtra versions add a reinforced waistband that resists rolling. To put them on, sit down and roll each leg up like a stocking rather than pulling on the waistband.

How do I choose my size?
Supacore compression is sized by height and weight, not dress or pants size, because the compression is medical grade. Use the size guide on each product page. If you are between sizes, choose the smaller size.
