About Women's Compression Leggings, Shorts & Tops
Supacore's unique patented CORETECH® waistband technology has been developed to assist women all around the world. The body mapped medical grade compression incorporates the compression provided by a sacro-iliac belt into leggings and shorts that can be worn during pregnancy, sport and exercise.
Research and testing shows that the compressive alignment and support of the pelvis and core can assist with performance, reduce injury risk and enhance movement.
Testing done with athletes wearing Coretech® shorts via force plates done in 2024 show an increase in the vertical jump of 10.37% and peak power/propulsion by 7.04%
CORETECH® has been developed for all levels of athletes (elite athletes to weekend warriors) for performance and recovery and pregnant women, to assist with post match recovery, minimizing risk injury, pre and postnatal pelvic related issues and rehabilitation from injuries.
Supacore's women's range is built around the patented CORETECH® waistband: a seamless, body-mapped legging or short with a sacroiliac (SI) belt knitted into the waist to support the pelvis and core, plus graduated medical-grade compression through the legs.

Which Supacore leggings are best for POTS?
The POTS Medical Grade Leggings, POTS XTRA and Meryl extra high waisted leggings all give 25+ mmHg graduated leg and abdominal compression. Choose Meryl for more tummy coverage, XTRA if waistbands roll, or a 7/8 style if you are shorter.
What should I wear during pregnancy and after birth?
During pregnancy, choose the Emma shorts or Jenny leggings (15-20 mmHg). After birth, the postpartum range (Mary, Nina, Olivia, Amelia, Charlotte) has firmer 25 mmHg compression and the CORETECH® SI-belt waistband.
How do I choose my size?
Supacore compression is sized by height and weight, not dress or pants size, because the compression is medical grade. Use the size guide on each product page. If you are between sizes, choose the smaller size.
Do you ship outside Australia and can I return items?
Yes. Shipping is free in Australia and internationally on orders of A$199 and over. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days for unworn items with tags, with free return shipping and free size exchanges.
