About Groin Injury Compression
Groin strains and groin pain often come from twisting, kicking and sudden changes of direction, and pelvic instability makes them more likely to recur. Supacore CORETECH® shorts and leggings stabilise the pelvis with a sacroiliac belt knitted into the waistband, and give body-mapped compression over the adductors, hips and hamstrings.

How to choose: shorts cover the pelvis, groin, hips and upper hamstrings; leggings add compression to the calf for recovery and travel. Do compression shorts help with groin injuries?

How do I choose my size?
Supacore compression is sized by height and weight, not dress or pants size, because the compression is medical grade. Use the size guide on each product page. If you are between sizes, choose the smaller size.
Do you ship outside Australia and can I return items?
