Brisbane Roar FC has announced Supacore as their compression partner of choice for the 2014/15 season. The partnership marks the biggest sports compression deal in A-league history.

As the club's official compression partner, Supacore will supply Brisbane Roar players with their innovative seamless compression garments to wear during matches, travel, training, recovery and rehabilitation across both senior and youth development squads.

Supacore announced the deal at their head office in Melbourne at an event on “The Cost of Injury in Sport” alongside BRFC Managing Director Sean Dobson and Captain Matt Smith.

“Ahead of a season that will also include an AFC Champions League campaign and subsequently a lot of matches and travel, the quality of the compression apparel that our players use is of the utmost importance and we’re pleased to have the support of Supacore going into such an important year for the club.”

As specialists in their field, Supacore's patented CORETECH shorts and leggings can improve core stability and can assist in the recovery from hamstring, lower back and groin related injuries including Osteitis Pubis, one of the more common injuries in football.

Brisbane Roar’s Hyundai A-League and Foxtel National Youth League players are now wearing the Supacore product including Captain Matt Smith.
